Initial work went well, reasonably priced and seemed professional. I have recently had problems with not only areas which they did the work before, but other areas of my home as well. When I contacted them I was very clear that part of the area was warranty and other areas were new. They came out to do an estimate about 3 weeks ago and said that they would have a written estimate within 2-3 business days, and that they probably wouldn't honor their warranty. When I hadn't heard from him from over a week, I called them, only to be told that his wife had hip-replacement surgery and that his brother should have the estimate within a few more days. Over a week later, I contacted them again to be told the he was ill and that his brother Larry would be contacting me. I feel like I'm being ignored. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB today.

I had two releaks in the same spot after they did my roof. They had a warranty on the service. When I asked them to come fix the ceiling that was damaged as a result of their work, they refused to come do it.
