Initial service went well in December 2006.  Company was courteous and seemed professional.  The product came with a 10 year warranty.  In 2013, problems began to occur with the foundation where the piers were placed and in additional places throughout my home.  I contacted them about the warranty work and told them I also needed information about additional work in other areas of my home.  When they came out they verbally told me that I needed an additional 14 piers and that they would have to go in and inspect the original 10 piers, but would NOT honor their warranty.  He told me that he would get me an estimate in writing within 3-5 business days.  Over a week later I had heard nothing.  A week after that, after still having heard nothing, I attempted to contact them.  I left messages.  When I was able to get an answer, I was told that his wife had a hip replacement and his brother was supposed to have contacted me.  He asked for a few more days.  Weeks again went by with no response.  When I contacted them again, they told me that he was ill and his brother was supposed to have contacted me.
On 8 September I filed a complaint with BBB and gave a review on Angie's List (seems to have gotten lost as I've received no reply).  On 9 September, while at a medical appointment someone from the company called and told me that they would put in the 14 new piers for $11,000.  I asked him to call in 2 hours when I was done with my appointment.  He replied that he would.  I'm still waiting.  I attempted to contact them on 28 September.  I left a message again, but have not received any response.
