"Thank you for taking the time to evaluate us on Angie's List and for the awesome review. Thanks and call us again!"
"Thank you for the outstanding rating that you have given! We're glad to have helped."
"Well, we try to do our best while keeping cost down but sometimes it isn't easy. Circumstances are always different where ever we go. Thank you for your review and comments."
"Strange that I never saw your comment. It's dated December 27 of 2012 and I have only just seen it for the first time. Thank you for your shining review. We appreciate it very much!"
"Member, Thank you so much for the great review! We always strive to provide our customers with the most positive experience possible. For providing your review we will mark your account for a 10% discount on your next service, just as a 'thank you'. Thanks Again! Mike Hernandez, Administrator Hernandez Plumbing Co., Inc."
"Member: I am sorry that you had a “less than perfect” experience with us. We try to accommodate our customers as best we can but there are just some things that we cannot do. Lavatory basins (lavs) are by default, installed on top of a countertop (unless it’s made to hang on a wall) – what you wanted us to do was to mount the lavs underneath a granite countertop which was NOT part of our agreement, either with the General Contractor or you personally. Lavatory basins mounted under-counter on a granite countertop are always installed by the countertop installer. We are able to mount them but it involves additional labor and materials to do so which is why we were going to charge you more for the job. Before you let go of CG Contractors they disclosed that they were doing a lot of work for you at no additional cost on your promise of additional work from your co-workers – which never happened. When CG realized that the additional work was not going to happen they stopped doing your work for free he was kicked from the job. You and your wife wanted a lot of work done for nothing, both from CG and from us. When we fairly asked for additional money for additional work you refused and kicked us from the job as well, which is why we did not come back."
"I'm sorry that you had a less-than perfect experience with our service and I want to assure you that I will look further into the matter to see what the trouble might have been. All that I can tell you right now is that older houses tend to have more problems than can be seen from the surface and these problems usually end up costing time and money."
"Thank you Member for your positive feedback. We appreciate the time you've taken to post your experience and we're happy that everything was done to your satisfaction. I would like to use some of your comments on our website to share with visitors for reference purposes. If this is agreeable to you please respond to [email protected], otherwise we will contact you at a later time. Thanks again!"
