H & H Mowing

I have been using H & H for about a year.  I was told I would be charged $65.00/hr for doing my lawn.  A crew of 3 men would come and spend approximately 20 min. mowing,edging and blowing the leaves into my bushes.  I called to complain that I didn't want the leaves blown into my bushes or along my fence line. I was told that they would bag the leaves but that would be extra, that if the crew could get my lawn mowed, edged and sidewalks blown clear in less than an hour I was getting my money's worth.  I had responded with "if my lawn looked like they had worked an hour, I would be ok with that."  They did bag leaves after that but I was charged $100 for their services even though they were there for 1 hour.  I also asked them not to mow my grass so short and was told they would mow it higher,  however they weed-eated my back yard to the dirt and have completely decimated what ground cover I used to have back there.  I continued using them through out the fall and early winter. 
In February they sent a letter/form stating that if I wanted to use them this spring I would need to fill out the form and return it to them.  I chose not to send in the form.  H & H showed up a couple of weeks later and did my yard. This last visit I was charged $100 for bagging leaves, however they left at least one full bag's worth of leaves on my pool cover.  I then called and cancelled my service with them.
I am not happy with the way they say they are going to charge by the hour and then always charge more if they actually stay the full hour.  Nor am I happy with the way my backyard looks now because of the over zealous weed eating.

This lawn service is unprofessional. Not only did they sign us up for recurring services without our consent, they also charged us different amounts for each service with no explanation. When we would call to ask questions about the invoice, we would only get a machine, and never receive a call back. They also did not cash our payment checks in a timely manner. Sometimes it would take a week, others they would wait a month before cashing. NEVER AGAIN. Please beware of this company.

H and H Mowing are very helpful and I love the way my yard looks. You Schedule with them a week before you want the services. They show up on the scheduled day and get the work done quickly. They only will do the work you requested. You can not go out to the worker and ask for them to do extra work the day of service.

They are super nice and are there when they say they will be there. I have not had any issues with them and they are super, super nice. They always return your calls and I will use them again in the future.

We would rate them highly.

We have been using H&H Mowing for the last three years and have been very happy. Not only are they reasonable priced by the do excellent work. We've had other companies try to offer us deals to change but we've been so happy with H&H that we wouldn't consider leaving.
