They do a great job and they are the only one's that I take my vehicle to. I take in the morning for an oil change and I can pick it up in the evening.

The salesman, Antonio, greeted me by introducing himself and then showing us the inventory of new cars. He was not pushy but rather accomodating to try to understand our specific needs. Antonio introduced me to the general sales manager who was also impressively professional and respectful. Antonio had no problem with letting us walk out the door to think about our major purchase some more. The next day, we returned and in about 3 hours, we were driving our new car home. These folks at Nissan were highly efficient and did not waste our time with needless conversation other than to be cordial and caring. I highly recommend Garlyn Shelton Nissan in Temple, Texas to anyone looking to experience a pleasant new car buying experience.

I called to see if they could get the truck in for an oil change, but was informed by a young woman that we needed an appointment. We were told when we bought the truck with all extra coverages, etc. just bring the truck in anytime you can and we will do the oil change without an appointment. The young woman actually hung up the phone on me. My wife to took the truck to Johnson Brother Ford to see if they could get the truck in for an oil change, they said no problem, did the oil change, etc.. in a timely manner.
There was no reason for someone to hang up the phone on me.

I have never had any problems getting schedule there. Normal service are around 170 or 180.

The salesman was great. The sales manager was great. The delivery of the car was excellent. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is their parts department. I would give their parts department a D because they weren't responsive in helping us when I wanted to buy accessories.

I had to take my car in a number of times for this problem. They weren't very good diagnosticians. They do great on the routine car care, though. I also called them to try and get a price on a specific car that they didn't have in stock. They said they'd follow up with me, but they never did. The service riders try to be helpful. The customer service department would receive an A, but the sales department would receive a failing grade.
