He had to order the heart of the unit, and it came in very quickly. Even though it was the weekend, and he doesn't normally work weekends, he came to install the part on a Saturday so my air conditioner would be fixed quickly. He also found another problem with the unit and fixed it quickly. He was fast and courteous. I'm very glad Angie's List recommended him!
