Worst service I have ever received! The manager was super rude and completely unprofessional. I will never use this branch or company again! Besides the poor service the whole process was long and a pain in the a**!

The cost above was for a deposit and they gave that back upon returning the car. They gave me an initial car and they did follow up on that and at that time, I was fine with it. I called them back due to gas and travel to get another car and they were fine with giving me another car and it was very nice. They followed up again and when I came back they took me to the auto body shop. They were more than willing to accommodate me and I loved the second car. They were super nice and there really was little to no wait time. They offered you water if any wait time occurred at all.
