One of the sofa cushions had a flaw in the fabric and Dubois Furniture has ordered a new sofa cushion cover to replace the defective one. Very pleasant personnel in assisting with this issue. We would definitely recommend Dubois Furniture and will definitely shop there for all of our furniture needs.
Description of Work: Purchased loveseat and 2 recliners. Loveseat needed to be ordered and came in faster than anticipated. Had both the loveseat and 2 recliners fabric treated with Guardsman Fabric Plus Furniture Protection. Setting up delivery was easy and arrived on time. Delivery personnel treated the furniture very carefully bringing it inside our house. The delivery charge was MUCH cheaper than another local furniture store that we had checked with. Our Salesperson was very helpful and pleasant as well as the office staff that assisted us with our payment.
