Don Ringler Chevrolet Toyota

Excellent. Justin took good care of me. Long story, but finally took my car to Don Ringler when my car wouldn't stop hemorrhaging oil after an oil change at Walmart on West Adams. They got me right in, and shortly after looking my car over, informed me that the oil pan threads had been stripped. Since I drive a Lexus, they had to order the part and put me in a loaner in the meantime. I dropped it off Thursday evening after work and was able to pick it up Saturday morning. A few days later on my way to work, I noticed my car making a strange noise. I called Justin and asked him if I could bring it by that evening on my way home from work and he said yes. We went for a drive so I could show him the sound it was making. After we got back to the dealership, he had one of the mechanics put it up on the lift. Apparently the inner plastic liner of my front wheel well had came loose and was rubbing against the tire. They reattached it for me at no charge and sent me on my way. They were extremely quick and I was very grateful. This is what good customer service really looks like. From now on, this is where I will take my car for everything; even oil changes.

It was good of them to look for the phone. They are always very professional. I would rate them overall an A.

I chose them because they are a Toyota dealer. They always do what they are supposed to do and they are efficient. They do a good job and I would recommend them to others.

We like them very much.

I feel we were over charged for service and repair.
