I love my carpet but the installation of the carpet is terrible. This job was all done by one person. The master bedroom is a 16X17' room including the closet. He moved all the furniture out of the bedroom by himself, stuffed my king size Sleep Number mattress in my bathroom, which was completely out of shape afterwards. The carpet was cut on my driveway, 5 pieces laid in the room and patched together. He did not take of his street shoes once or wear shoe covers. My walls were painted and all scratched up from the carpet laying by one person. I did get $ 200 back to hire someone to repaint my walls, which was not near enough. They also send someone from another company to my house to take a look at the carpet and that person saw all the things that were wrong with that carpet laying job. When he came back to fix the carpet he also did not fix everything I'm not sure why. I'm so disappointed because they were referred to me as a caring company.
