Custom Creations by NeC is Personally Owned and Operated by Denise Padgett. I am located in Moffat, Texas, but service the Temple/Belton/Killeen and surrounding areas. I will travel long distances, at an additional cost. There are 2 standard Packages that are offered for 2014, but there can be custom packages made also. All Fees will be due at Session, along with a business contract.
