II cannot give this company enough praise!!! John and Shawn were awesome.!!!! My son, who has ADD, talked to them the entire time (literally) they were here. Not once did either of them act annoyed or rude , and it got pretty crazy for a while, with the bug man showing up to boot.. John was so gracious; giving my son electrical tape to use on his bike repair projects. My dogs loved them both, so much so that they just laid down and felt at peace with these two strangers in their house. That has never happened. John went the extra mile to clean my ceiling fans for me because he is AWESOME. He even came back the next morning with a new light fixture for my bathroom and re-installed the ceiling fan because I heard it clicking the night before. Might I add, by the time they came back the clicking had stopped ; however, to ease my mind they went ahead and redid it. My children we truly saddened these men were finished with the the repairs, and joked that they could break something to make them come back. lol Like I said, I can't say enough great things about this amazing company. I will only recommend another them in the future. They're personable, timely, prompt, great with kids and animals, and have the patience of the Pope. Also, as a woman who is extremely leery of men coming in my home without my husband present. I can honestly say, not once did I feel uncomfortable having them in my house, which should speak volumes to there character.
