Service was outstanding and exceeded expectations. Needless to say, we were very distressed about the situation, but Derek Elsass and his staff were empathetic, calm, organized, and extremely professional. They clearly explained the process to us prior to and during service. We felt that we were always kept up to date, and felt fully informed prior to every step. All work was done to satsifaction, and completed ahead of expectation. They offered suggestions for additional contractors, all of which have provided excellent service. Their willingness to work with our insurance adjuster saved us significant stress as well as time away from work. I hope we never need their services again, but would call them immediately if needed. Highly recommended.
