ABC ELECTRICAL SVC

Great service. I called over the Labor Day weekend and they responded first thing Tuesday morning. Arrangements were made with my tenant and the work was done the very next day. The technicians called me several times to give me options and although there were cheaper routes to take, I elected to have them complete the work. My tenant left me a message saying the work looked great and the technicians were extremely nice and helpful.
I live in Virginia so finding a company to do work is not as simple as it would be if I was local. It is nice to have a reliable company who is very responsive when I need any further work.

Great experience, and very-very fair price for service and parts. I was caught off guard with the price, I expected to pay twice the amount charged. I will use this company for all my electrical needs.

Had to wait 2 weeks for the estimate, but service man did call and tell me himself what the price would be for the work. No details given as to how long it would take to get work actually done. I have not set up an appt for that yet.

I called the company and made an appointment for them to come out and they came out and upgraded the meter box.They called the city to come out and inspect it then I called my electric to come out and turn the lights back on. ABC came out again to make sure all my lights were on and that everything was working properly. I was very pleased with their work. They electricians were very nice.

We did have to call them back after our initial appointment, because a plug still wasn't working. They were very responsive to us, and came back out to fix the issue without any additional charge.
