They were a wonderful team! Tim took care of all of our details, changes and requests with no question. Nancy helped me with all of my decisions that I had to make with all of the details inside the home. I have heard about Builder nightmares from my friends and family, and I was a bit overwhelmed. The Talley's made this a smooth process. I really can't tell you how awesome they were, but there were two things that my husband and I decided to do on our own with local vendors, the tile and carpet on the floors and the counter-tops through Home Depot (Silestone). Both of those issues were problems. Nancy and Tim's contractors were prompt and were courtious to us and answered all of questions through every step of the way. We eventually sold our home, and got an amazing price for it. I am out in the country again, and planning on building another custom home within the next two years, and I plan on using Nanco Homes to building my home again! They are an amazing team and really care about the quality of their work!
