HOME TEAM INSPECTION SVC

Pest control has been OK  but it is hard to give specific directions to the tech who does the job prior to the visit. This is a pain point

This was done at least 6 months ago but I never did the review.  The great service still applies.  I am a realtor and my clients had trouble finding an inspector to come out before the option period was over.  I went to Angie's list and found Home Team with great reviews.  The inspector (who's name I have completely forgotten) made himself available on his day off and came down and did a great job.  He was on time, professional and did a nice report. 

Home Team was REMARKABLY thorough and comprehensive. Professional without being socially-sterile. They were just as attentive to the detached structures as to the main. They crawled the entire crawlspace and checked the entire attic. Their 14 page report, with photos, was remarkably helpful without being super-critical of irrelevant issues or dismissive of anything significant. All parties of the sale were very pleased with this inspector.

I wasn't present but my wife was and she said they were very profressional, courteous and knowledgable. They were also available for follow up questions and very helpful in understanding their findings.
