FLOYD'S GLASS CO

We used Floyd's based solely on our carpenter's recommendation, and glad we did. Everyone from the office staff who set up appointments, to Patrick and Shane who came out a total of 3 times to measure and remeasure the frame openings, and the crews who removed and installed the glass were all friendly, professional, respectful and efficient. Everyone arrived at scheduled times. Wait time for glass was 2 weeks due to a remeasuring issue, but that did not phase us, because we want precise glass measurements. Removal and installation of glass went quickly (under 2 hours at both times), and glass fits frames well. Noise reduction was immediately noticeable. Can't wait to see how they perform in the long run. Thank you Floyd's! Great doing business with them.

They did real good. We haven't had any issues. I didn't meet with them, my wife did.

|I would definitely recommend them to others, and will probably be calling them in the near future for glass for other projects.

We have not had the work done and are reviewing the options.  The price quoted was good but we are deciding on fixing the old or getting a new door.

The Floyd's Glass representative came out in the rain on the scheduled date and on time, checked the frames, measured the windows, and called the next day with a quote. I set up an installation time for the following week. The installers called to let me know approximately when they would be there. They arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned up well and the new glass looks great. I was very happy with the service and would use Floyd's again.

We decided to go with the replacement glass as it was about one third the cost.The instalation crew did a very professional job. A couple of pieces of glass had cracked in shipping. They reordered these and recieved them in about three days. All of the glass was cleaned and all debris  was cleaned up.We are very pleased with the job and would recomend Floyd's .We try to use a local business when possible

Replacement glass for double-paned picture window no longer manufactured.   A hole by some type of BB or pellet gun caused a crack in the exterior pane.   Floyd's came out and measured, ordered replacement and installed.  All service personnel were very professional and meticulous..   They traveled to Austin from Taylor.  This business was recommended to me and I am very pleased with the job.

The work turned out to be great. They installed replacement insulated glass in one of our windows. I had called some other glass companies that I'd found on Angie's List and it was like our job wouldn't begin a form. They were nice about it and they gave me other people to call but they basically said that I was too small for them to barter with. Floyd's Glass Company did great. They called us back and came out. They were prompt and said that they would get the glass. They told us when they'd have it and they called and said when they could come out which was on Monday. They came out and put it in and left and everything was clean and good and sunshiny bright. All was right with my world.
