The provider arrived on time. They inspected the house. And, at the end they gave me a quote. Since there were additional work that needed to be done to my patio before the gutter installation, the provider referred me to a partner. The partner promptly came over to inspect the patio. At the end of the inspection, the partner promised that they will send me an estimate. Since I did not hear from the partner, few days later I contacted five star to find out what happened. I received no answer. I waited a week later, I called and left voice messages, no response. I sent text messages, still no response. I think that's very unprofessional and disrespectful to deal with one of their potential clients. They should have at least get back to me.

"I apologize the other contractor did not respond well. But that has nothing to do with my response. With the hail damage in the Austin area this year everyone I know is stretched to capacity including myself. We are a small business and concentrate on seamless gutters. It is very unfair to give us F ratings for another contractors non-response. You have a difficult patio installation to correct. It was not done properly to start. I see this type of installation all the time where the patio is connected directly to the fascia making it impossible to install gutters."

I called Joanne to schedule an estimate and she was courteous and knowledgable during our phone conversation. She arrived for the appointment on time and spent a considerable amount of time explaining several alternatives, and also listened to our feedback without trying to upsell their services. The installation crew was on time and performed the work accurately and professionally. They did a beautiful job fixing the botched hole I had cut in the top of the rain barrel by covering my mistake and installing a professional connection between the barrel and the downspout. We believe that this additional work was done because they took pride in their workmanship. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Joanne was good about coming out when we scheduled. We did have to push the actual work day back one day, but she called a few days in advance and it was not a problem. She, her husband and son were all very friendly and worked hard to complete the work. The result is very positive and everything was matched perfectly and you can't even tell where we had the repairs made. The gutters work well and look great. The rain barrel is also working great.
We had contacted three companies from Angie's list and Joanne had the best price. One vendor failed to follow up and the other came out, and wanted to charge a lot to fix the facia.
We are very pleased with the work and would recommend Five Star.

They were cheaper than others. They were very reasonable. They were very nice and personable, they were on time, it seems to be family run. He came to the house and figured out what we needed.

Joann came out and gave me an estimate and made suggestions to take care of some problem areas.She also showed me options on colors and sold me on changing the color scheme I had in mind! New color looks great! When I called about rain barrells she suggested I would save money by getting the barrells from the city of Round Rock. She was right! The city was offering them at half the price! Her husband and son arrived as scheduled and worked quickly and efficiently. Truely a family business! Great people to work with. Highly recommend.

It was the first time I had used them. They did unbelievably good work. They put over-sized gutters and downspouts on. They even put leaf guards.

Great! Five Star had done the gutter replacement part of replacing my hail-damaged roof two years ago and had been attentive to all my requests in the process. I decided recently that I needed another downspout in a location where there was a lot of water coming off my roof in one concentrated area. Five Star was very quick to respond and their price was fantastic. The only small complaint is that they showed up about an hour late after an internal mixup with their staff. Not a huge deal, but I had other plans. Other than that, the work was just what I asked them to do. Thanks, Five Star!

"Sometimes things just don't work out. After at least 4 trips to the member's with some work being done to hold up the gutters until they were ready for the actual full work, which I did not charge for. We were working on a deadline for an apartment complex to be finished. I was not available that Saturday and apparently my crew did not call them to let them know they couldn't make it. My apologies. We are small family owned and operated and I do my best to keep up with everything."

The installation very well. The gutters were leaking on the down spouts and they came out again with no problem to fix the issue. They didn't charge us any extra money. The company was very personable and nice

The 5 Star Gutters installers were very professional as well. They came exactly when they said they would be there two days later. They worked efficiently but not rushed. They answered all my questions cheerfully and seemed to be a great working crew. The gutters and downspouts went up great and I was very impressed with how careful they worked. I would definitely recommend 5 Star Gutters for anyone! They were professional, courteous, experienced, confident and did exactly what we wanted, exactly when we needed it done. And the price was fantastic! It was less than half of other bids.

I called 3-4 different companies for an estimate on replacing the gutters on the front of my house. The first company gave me an estimate that I could live with, but Five Star Gutters beat their bid by half. Five Star came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. They didn't ask for a down payment or deposit. We scheduled for 2 days following. They came out on time, did the job in a few hours, accepted my payment and were on their way. The new gutters blend with the house perfectly. When the gutters couldn't be placed exactly as I wanted them, they re-routed them, but still kept it looking all very nice. I am very pleased.

We had our roof done by another company, but he hired Five Star to replace our gutters. In the afternoon of the second day the gutters were installed by Five Star Gutters and Services. They too were very professional and did a great job. We are very satisfied with the roof and the gutters and happy used this company. Job well done!!

We originally called for an estimate in 2009, but decided to wait until the fall of 2010 to get the work done. We scheduled the work to take place in two days and at a lower price than the original estimate. The roof replacement was subcontracted. The work was done within the scheduled two days. The contractor worked efficiently and completely cleaned up at the end of the job. I was very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work. The contractor was professional and easy to work with.
