They did a good job. They have a reasonable price. I used him 3 times and they were very good.

They broke our system - never been treated so rudely by their staff. I do not recommend. Stay away.

For the repair, it went fine. They showed up within an hour, and they repaired it. Very prompt service. I would use this provider again.

They didn't charge anything for this service. I had an energy provider come out and the did an energy audit, and they said well, your air conditioner has some leaks in there that weren't quite patched up correctly, so you might want to call them back out. I had no idea. I was trying to get my electric bill down. They said you might want to call them back out and patch some of these leaks that they've got here. So they came back out and did it.

I graded them a B overall because they had to come back out and do some work that they didn't do correctly the first time. I think it took about three hours to complete the installation.

Outstanding as usual. When an unexpected meeting popped up, the office was more than willing to work with me to keep the appointment - no going to the end of the line. Great crew.

We have a service contract with them. It is a bi-annual tuneup and they just set up the time when it is due and they show up when they say they will. They're very good at cleanup. Maintenance work is what they do best.

I can't say enough about the good service I received from Dave's. From the first phone call to completion of the job (less than 2 days), they were friendly, honest and fast. After getting an estimate from "the other guys" for a whole new system ($8,200.00) that I was told I needed due to compatibility, I got a new compressor with a 10 year warranty from Dave's which saved me $6,000.00! Thanks Dave, Wendy, Lindsay and everyone over at Dave's for delivering fine service all the way around; something that's hard to find anymore!

My old system lasted 19 years but failed on a hot day. Saves was better priced for a quality Carrier system and he installed the next day. He had one crew come and remove the old equipment while another crew went to carrier and picked up the new equipment. The whole job took about 3 hours. Nice job guys. ?

We had several bids from different companies, but decided to use Dave's because we had used them on several properties for years. Also, we wanted to be sure we could get the energy rebate.
Since the unit is in the attic and is very heavy, it took a long time to install.
After installation, it did not work right and the installer came back out and rewired the thermostat. Our credit card was not billed right away. My husband called several times because he wanted to apply for the tax rebate. We were never able to apply for the rebate.
Quite a while after the unit was installed I looked at the ceiling in the middle bedroom. It is located by the pull-down stairway in the hall. The ceiling was damaged. I called Dave's to tell them and I also sent a picture. It looks like someone put something heavy on the ceiling or stepped on it. The pull-down stairway was also damaged. I was told the installers said they did not do the damage. Nobody else has been in the attic. There are not things in the attic. No one ever came out to check. Our calls were not returned.
For years we have maintained a yearly maintenance on several homes with Dave's and have always been pleased with their work. We were really surprised they did not value us as a long standing customer enough to check this issue. I have one more prepaid service call on another home and will not use them again or refer them to anyone else.

Went great. Told me exactly what was wrong, cleaned it and replaced contacts. Was not there 45 minutes.

They were extremely professional. A lot of the A/C units around my home were going out and the warranty was almost up on my unit. I called and they went above and beyond to get the work done under that warranty.

I'm a new landlord and have three duplexes in Taylor, Tx. Today I got calls from two different tenants that their AC's weren't working. I haven't had much luck with Air Conditioning Repair people in the past so I decided to take a look at Angie's list to try to find a company I could trust to take care of all my air conditioning needs today and in the future. They were great from start to finish. I couldn't be happier and completely trust them with my future business. Their pricing is good too. Very Happy!

Went smooth from start to finish.

I called Dave's around 8:30 am and explained my problem to the lady that answered. She told me she would have someone at my house in the afternoon and would call me approximatly 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were on the way. She called me back around 11:15 am to let me know Dave would be coming over shortly to work on my unit and when he arrived at 11:45 am he immediatly went to work and had the problem diagnosed within a few minutes. He then replaced a bad capacitor from the inventory he carried on his truck and got my air conditioner back on. Dave's service was prompt and he and his employees were very courteous and helpful. My problem was corrected in a reasonable time frame and the charges were fair. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Workers were a little late (when are workers ever on time) however the difference here is, the receptionist called me to apologize and let me know they were running late. When does that ever happen! Then she called again to let me know they were on their way. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Good people.
