Most of our services can be performed on a time and materials basis at that rate. All on-site appointments are subject to a one hour minimum and we bill in fifteen minute increments. We do not charge for local travel, quick questions or simple email answers.

However, once he has your money, should there be anything that falls under the 18 month warranty, Rick is singularly unresponsive. I have had an issue with an on-board video card that I alerted Rick about FIVE months ago. It remains unresolved despite friendly reminders and stern ones. The vast majority of my communication goes unanswered - including the stern emails and phone calls reminding him of his incredibly poor customer service. I am now forced to waste my time writing negative reviews before proceeding to small claims court to enforce the terms of the warranty offered.
