Hartrum Painting & Wallcovering

First of all I did not go thru Angie's List because a long time I did the wallpaper person  would not touch one wall. so I went on line and searched and his web-site came.up.  It beautifully done, and I thought he looks expensive and would not want to fool with one wall> but he answered and he said he would come out and look.  I was very impressed with him but I had ordered the wrong paper and he said he would take of it. and he did.. I could  not afford his full price was to take off the sand from a painted wall, I could not afford the price he wanted so we came up with the price I paid of $450.00.  The sand is still there I told to let it go in case I decided to paint again.
He is well worth the price he wanted of $750.00 but I could not afford it.  He is a very neat person in doing his work.
I do recommend him highly, there just isn't that many wallpaper hangars around

Really well done painting. Their work is impeccable; it's amazing. They are really accessible. They give us a good estimate. Then they are available fairly quickly, but they are really professional. What I learned from these guys is the prep work. If we don't prep a wall, if we just slap stuff on it; it's going to go really badly. I would say that probably at least 80% of what Hartrum does is the prep work. His whole crew is working really hard. I live in a really old home. They do a lot of restoration. With regard to price, they are in the ballpark; they are not cheap. All the estimates I got were about the same. They were probably a little bit lower. They were here for weeks. They are one of those people in my rolodex where I go if I want something done right. They are totally on their game. There was a lot of painting; they were here for weeks.
