"We met with Wally, showed him the very rough plans we had, discussed our ideas and the vision we had for the end result. He "got it".  After a couple of meetings and revisions we had plans that encompassed our ideas with his design knowledge and expertise. It wasn't easy to take an existing structure that couldn't be changed and design a workable, functioning unique interior but Wally was able to do just that.
We found him very open and easy to work with. His explanations of what would and wouldn't work were valuable knowledge for us.

They finished our project which was a gutted bathroom, putting down flooring, beadboard, chair rail, baseboard, putting in shower, vanity commode. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
