They are the supplier and they have subcontractors who work for them.  It is supposed to be very good, but I guess they are just too busy.  One of the subcontractors gave the bid via phone, which he never came out and measured.  It was $13500.  I didn't like the fact that he didn't return his calls and I couldn't get back with him.  He never would come out to measure to get me a firm price.  It was a little dis concerning.  I can't blame FSI for the same because they gave me someone else, who came out right away, measured and were very informative.  They gave me a bid of $16000.  I like the guys in the office.
