I hired EnCam to level my yard, but I was left disappointed and would not recommend them. They changed the leveling material from sandy loam to a sandy loam-and-compost mix half-way through the project, and the initial sandy loam was left in piles without being spread for over two weeks, meaning it hardened and parts of my yard are now like concrete. Also, there were multiple days where I was told someone would come to finish the work but no one showed up. And the material they did eventually spread contained countless sticks and rocks (some bigger than my fist), which I spent hours picking up. They even covered my valve box covers and didn't hose down my driveway after completion. When I pointed out these issues, I was told someone from EnCam would walk my property and contact me with a gameplan to address the issues. But no one ever reached out after that, even though I sent multiple texts asking for an update. I would not recommend EnCam for any service. I paid the full amount I owed even though I was unhappy with the work, so this is not a payment dispute. I just want people to know about my negative experience so they can avoid having one themselves.
