Bruce was the plumber and he told me he has a masters license, he was very thorough and did an excellent job, and overall the staff were friendly and quick to get right back to me when I called as I called sunday night, they attempted to call me back sunday night but we missed that call and then we received a call Monday morning and Bruce came right out, He also cleaned up all mess and even offered to take the trash from the job with him and he did. Very pleased as its really hard to get in touch with the plumbers in this area who actually live here. I will definitely use Sulphur Springs Plumbing again and refer them. So happy I decided to try Angies list.

I called on a Saturday morning, the plumbers were there in about an hour and a half. The work took approximately 2 hours. The plumbers were very professional and courteous. I will use this company again if the need arises.

I called them 30min laterup one they showed hour later they were done and left no mess behind also I checked with both city and state this company is licensed bonded and insured

The company has recently hired a new master plumber and reopened. The tech came out the same day i called (sunday) within an hr and the tech was very knowledgeable and nice and got the job done very quickly and was very thourough. Very happy with this company and advise to use if u need a plumber.

This past winter we had a pipe freeze preventing water from reaching the master bedroom bath. Then about a month ago we started smelling moldy sewer smell in the bath. I was concerned we had had a break from the freeze but never saw any water running out from the house. Spoke with Katharine, the owner, explaining what I had experinced. We discussed different possibilities and solutions. I also asked to have any bare and exposed pipes wraped while under the house looking around along with the AC line coming into the house. She said no problem, they would be happy to help out. I had a specific date and time I would be home as I wanted to be there. Her tech was right on time.

After crawling around under the house the tech found no leaking pipes, but did find drip residue around the toilet sewer line. Turns out we needed a new wax seal for the toilet. After replacing and confirming no leaks he took care my none plumbing items.

Everything is back to normal and all odors are gone.
