He came and fixed it and then the alarm went off again so he came back out and checked it again and made sure the wire was installed correctly and did not charge me for the second call.

He came and checked the roof and said I had a couple screws that were loose so he fixed those and checked the rest of the screws. He was awesome.

We purchased the 250.00 Angies List deal for cleaning 1 tank, but we didn't know that we had 2 tanks (new house owners) They only charged us 45.00 more to clean them both. They did a great job and were on time and very professional and courteous. We will use their service again!

The flush-able locator we ordered to help us find where your septic system is located came in and had been broken in the mail. After working with the company to get us replacements they have finally arrived. We have tried to contact you by phone and have left messages trying to schedule an appointment for us to come out and finish the job. If you will please give us a call. Again, we are sorry."

The owner was professional and flexible to do the inspection at the same time the house inspector was going to be there as to not disturb the seller twice. The inspection itself was $125. He explained everything about the aerobic system and how to care for it in the future. Estimated costs to rebury a pipe and fix a sprinkler head $200 and said we should have it done within the year before winter.

aI spoke with the owner about coming out and asked him what size lids he had to replace my broken one. He didn't have the right size but could get one in a day or so. I was able to find a lid locally that would fit perfectly and called him to see if he could pick it up for me. He said he could, but that it would cost me more for the lid if he picked it up. I went ahead and bought the lid and had it ready for him when the crew finished cleaning out and repairing my tank. He set the lid and covered it with soil. The company rocks! I'm extremely pleased with the job and the price I had to pay for it. Northeast Texas Disposal does what they say they will do and they do it when they say they will do it!

Many providers would have insisted on putting in a new system but Leslee did a repair and the system has been working great ever since. If it does ever quit working and I need a new system I will contact Leslee first. Great guy, great employees and great work.
