Well................This company replaced our hot water a couple of years ago. i just recently joined Angie's List or else I would have posted this sooner. The plumber installed our gas hot water heater WHILE SMOKING A CIGARETTE! He could have blown something up! The hot water seemed to be installed properly because it did pass inspection with our city. However, within a month we had major leaking from one of the pipes going to the hot water heater. Not good..... We have also been having drainage problems in our master shower for well over a year. North East Texas Plumbing (NET Plumb) had tried several things to "fix" the shower, and conveniently nothing seemed to work. I'm convinced now that the owner of this company is just incompetent. We had gotten to a point that a camera was going to be put down the drain and stuff would probably have to be torn out. About the same time this was all happening, our guest shower (which we had been using) started draining slowly. At that point, we called a very reputable company in Dallas. They had both showers draining perfectly in less than 30 minutes. I will never use NET Plumbing again, and hopefully you won't either after this review!
