When asked how long the job would take, his answer was, "a couple of days". I didn't believe the "couple of days" remark, but I understood it to be "a short while" anyway. To make a long story short, Mike installed the built-in 1 1/2 months later after constant follow-up. When it was installed, I was away on business and my wife was the one at home. When she sent me pictures, it wasn't at all the cabinet that I asked for. It looked like a kitchen cabinet installed on the floor. The cabinet doors were supposed to be inset with old style hinges and latches that I provided, but instead were outside with hidden, newer hinges. Worst part was that the slats were too close together. The doors whistled when closed, so the doors had to be redone. Mike later admitted that he knew they wouldn't work; indicating to me that he was trying to pass it off as a completed product, but knew it wouldn't work.
