Description of Work: Took care of oil leak.

Description of Work: Was Supposed To Change My Oil And Oil Filter, Plus Air Filter. APproximately 4 Weeks Later I Hear ANoise From The Motor Like It's Low On Oil. We Checked It And The Oil Was Low. I Knew There Wasn't An Oil Leak Because There's No Oil On My Driveway. Had The Motor Checked To Make Sure Nothing Else Wrong. Not usIng Oil Or Leaking But Oil Is Very Low. So Took To Have Oil Changed And Asked To Check And See If Filter Was Changed. The Auto Lube Place Said It Has Not Been Changed And Looks Like It Hasn't In A Long Time. He Showed It To Me And The Filter Was Black .....Looked Horrible! So I Had Them Check The Air Filter...Same Thing. It Was Black Too. Called And Spoke To Troy Emerson. Told Him What Happened Thinking He Would Fix The Problem. He's Always Been Honest With Me And Done Goid Work. He Proceeded ToBasically CalL Ne A Liar And Said They Changed It. Not Only Did He Lie To Me, He Didn't Give Me My Money Back For Services They Didn't Do. He Did Know The Oil Was Too Full When We Took It IN. And The Pan Was Bone Dry. So They Did Drain It But Evidently They Only Put Enough Oil In It To Get By. There Is No Way That Vehicle Used That Much Oil When It's Only Been Driven Around Town For A Month . Or That Filter Got That Dirty In A Months Time. I Drove Back And Forth To Tyler, TX (An Hour Dr One Way) For A Year And My Filter Was Never That Dirty When I Had It Changed. So It's The One That Was Originally On There For A While.....That's Why We Wanted Him To Change It!! So Beware If You Go There!

Description of Work: had a complete AC replacement and they provided a 2 year written warranty. then had a PS pump replaced and it was defective. replaced in less than one day..

Description of Work: I had a brake job on front.but the first time was done wrong. So I took it back and repaired right and didn't charge me anything and was very honest with me that does not happen very much.
