Mr Richie did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue and repairing it promptly and efficiently.  He gave very good tips for maintaining the system and preventing future issues.  He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.  He's very honest and his price was very reasonable.  Would recommend him to anyone and would definitely use again.

Josh was great.  Very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable.  From the first phone call until install was about 2 weeks.  He showed up in the morning dug the hole and the shelter was set and backfilled a little after lunch.  The shelter is everything you would expect a tornado shelter to be.
