I called Louis to do a pre inspection on my home before listing it. I wanted to get an idea of things that I might need to do or be on the look out before selling. He was thorough in his inspection and left no stone unturned. He was friendly, professional, and great to work with. When I put an offer on a new home I didn't hesitate to call him again and have him do the inspection on that house as well.
