Mr. Jon Crawford charged me over $10,000 to apply a coating, "gaco" to the roof of my house and garage, replace one wall of siding on my garage, replace the rain gutter and downspout on the garage. I had white spots on the roof and they spilled the material on the house, trim, walkways even my neighbors garage. I could not get Mr. Crawford to return to finish even though he needed his money to "pay the guys" and he said they would finish the next week. I had an inspection done by the manufacturer," Firestone" so see why there were spots on the roof and the report states that it was not power washed so the coating won't stick to the roof, there are areas that have no coating at all and it should NOT have been used on a metal shingle roof. 2 of the leaks returned in July, he still didn't return. He has ins. but has to pay $2,800 for the them to look at my claim and he has not paid it. The rain gutter on the garage is 3-4 inches to short, he has not replaced it and the downspout started to leak in June. He didn't send anyone to correct it, I hired another co. to correct it. There are other issues but now I need a new roof, it can not be repaired because he material would have to be sand blasted off and that would destroy the shingle. You can't put a patch on it because the coating is coming off and nothing will stick to it. He no longer returns my e-mails

I can't say enough. Not only were they were very patient through a painful Insurance Claims process when the time came they were out here quickly. The job they did on my roof was phenomenal; it looks great. If you want solid work and quality materials these are the guys to call. Neighbors are already asking me who did the work!

Jon Crawford and his crew were at our house on the day the tornado hit to patch the holes in the roof. Then as the high winds kept the rain coming in, they came back out to add additional tarp and tape in an effort to keep our house dry. We waited on ordering shingles until we knew what our insurance would cover. As soon as the shingles arrived, Sugar Land Roofing Services sent out a first rate crew, who removed and replaced the roof. They did an outstanding job. We would, but hope never to have to, hire them again.

We had several different roofers come by to figure out the cause of our leak from Hurricane Harvey. Jon from Sugar Land Roofing was the only one who could figure it out completely....not only was he knowledgeable but he was extremely professional, courteous, and fair. The prices were also extremely fair for the remarkable job that his colleague performed. We will be highly recommending this company to our friends and family.

Mr. Crawford explained where the leak was and why it was leaking. He also checked the rest of the roof and showed up pictures of other areas needing repair. His workers were able to repair the chimney leak, replace boots, and seal each pipe on the roof within a few hours. his crew was quick and very clean. We had a few questions about water heater pipes and he addressed it over the phone but still sent his workers out the next day just to make sure everything was fine. The customer service was great and very professional.

Jon Crawford of Sugarland Roofing Services inspected our roof. He arrived on time, explained everything to us in detail about the condition of our roof and quoted us a very good price. He also told us that he only uses a trusted crew that is experienced and does good work. They replaced our entire roof with 30 year hand nailed shingles, replaced rotten decking, installed new drip edges, cleaned work debris from our gutters and upgraded the roof jacks. They swept our property afterwords with magnetic tools to pick up any nails or other metals, cleaned our yard and hauled away the old roof and debris. His crew left our property clean and orderly. Our house now looks like it is brand-new. We could not be more happy with the professionalism and quality of their work. We highly recommend them to everyone without hesitation.
