 + -1 moreVery professional and friendly each time we went in over the course of a month. We bought some boxes and other moving supplies from them and then rented a U-haul for the move. They had our UHaul ready for us when needed and were always very helpful--didn't nickel and dime us to death.

 + -1 moreThe gentlemen who help me was nice and helpful. However the service of this place is Not Good At All!! The moving job is done, but it's definitely not the reason why I spend $150 with worth of $300 service which I still have to move myself. When I call back for refund, they told me since the service is done, they will not give me back any money..... Totally not what they said earlier. I can definitely get a lot cheaper price than $150 for one person/ hr. Anyway, I'll never go back again!
Description of Work: NOT RECOMMENDED!! Need service to unload my stuff from trailer. Call for "two people" and made appointment. Purchase this coupon online and also email them to make sure I can use it and get the services. For some reason I was about 25 minutes late for the appointment, and they told me they have only one person available and I can take him with me and do the unloading. They'll refund some money when I'm done..... Which never happened!!!

 + 0 moreThe move was fast, and the movers were careful. The storage facility was clean and the staff was very helpful. The prices of the moving supplies were lower than those of Wal-Mart and Home Depot and the quality of the moving supplies were better. The only thing missing was the Voss Road Storage Logo on the boxes and I figure that I could live without that in exchange for the savings. The U-Haul Truck was very clean and the staff was very efficient. If you live in Sugar Land.. Richmond, Stafford or Missouri City... this is the place you want to go. They are located right near the Sugar Land Airport.
Description of Work: Voss Road Storage offers U-Haul, Storage, moving supplies and moving services.... I used all of them, I rented a U-Haul and they were very efficient, I purchased boxes and tapes and hired two of their movers. They moved me out of my apartment very efficiently even though some of the furniture was very heavy... they loaded the U-Haul and they put much of it into my new storage unit which was very clean and very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anybody that I know who needs services like this.
