Description of Work: When VIP first started doing our yard, we made it very clear we wanted our beds maintained as part of our maintenance package. It was fine for awhile, but the last several months, we have had to make multiple calls and follow ups to attempt to get our beds cleaned. At one point I even notified them that the civic association sent us a letter complaining about the condition of our beds. We requested a quote for some additional landscaping but informed Celso it was conditional upon our beds being cleaned out. The next lawn service, instead of cleaning them out, they put Roundup on them. We requested that they be cleaned. He said he would be by the following morning to check it out. We have not heard from him since, and today, our regular maintenance day, I return home to find they have still not been cleaned. We have terminated their service.

 + 0 moreonly 1 glitch was that since I was promised that the yard waste would not be left in front of my house because they were doing the work hours after my trash pickup, they left a large amount that had to remain for 2 days. Other than that I am very satisfied, they have not done that again on my weekly yard maintenace
Description of Work: . I felt that their prices were reasonable and they do good work. I had all my flower beds mulched and established regular basic lawn maintenance. They also repaired my sprinkler system for much less than anticipated. I was unsure of the underground path of the piping.

 + -1 moreThey don't do anything special. They just do the work and are done in about 15 minutes. The price is pretty reasonable.
Description of Work: I have been using them for 5 years. They do mowing, edging, blow clippings, flower beds, and trim the hedges.
