Horrible. My grass is dying and no one will follow up with me after repeated attempts.

My lawn has never looked so good. They prices are fair. It's nearly a hundred degrees outside. I water my grass twice a week, and it is bright green. They don't have a specific time frame. They give you a day. Typically in my neighborhood they come between two and four in the afternoon and that's usually when they arrive. I know the guy that does my treatment. They send the same guy all the time. They're very knowledgeable in their craft and very personable.

I would highly recommend them. I like the results.

I have a year contract with them. I will continue to use them.

They have been doing work on my yard for the last 9 months. They just do fertilization and do nothing else. I only choose them because they offered a plan.

The services went fine. I've had other services and I guess they're about the same. I've been using them for awhile, so yes I plan on using them in the future.

This review is for Trugreen out of Spring, TX. We had Scott's before and were very happy. Since Trugreen bought Scott's, the service and quality has been terrible. We have weeds we never had before. The tech came out on a day it was raining and sat in his truck until it quit raining. When it stopped, he got out of his truck for 5 minutes ( I have a large yard) and left me a bill for $150. After 8 phone calls requesting to talk to a manager and several messages left on a manager's cellphone, I have yet to receive a call back. As of today I cancelled both of my Trugreen accounts.. I highly recommend anyone but Trugreen. They don't care if they lose the business. You can see in the attached pictures that it was raining while he was at my home and what the yard now looks like.

They always leave a note if there is more work and they have a checklist and go through and ask we noticed that this plant is shivering do you want this shrub serviced.

And only because I've used them once before in other town and they burned up my lawn, but here I've had no problems and they make repeat call if you need to and they don't charge you for them. Around sixty three dollars every three months.

I thought the pricing was high. I would recommend them.

After 3 weeks, numerous phone calls, apologies for shoddy service, being bounced around from one rep to another depending on which city answers the phone, I have yet to talk to the local office, or get service. Today's (10-2-14) call resulted in speaking to a person in Austin who gave me a conflicting story to what another tech told me last week regarding the requested specialized tree service. He said he would refer my call to the local (Sugar Land) office. ..... again! No one seems to be able to communicate why the service hasn't been done, yet a statement of charges dated 9/18/2014 was sent.

In short, this experience was miserable.  It has nothing to do with the fact that some weeds are stubborn and I am unhappy.  It has everything to do with their failure to provide promised services, there lack of responsiveness, false promises & inability to provide reasonable service to the property as committed.  I have had numerous lawn companies over the years and this is by far, the worst experience I have ever had.

We have a contract with them so they come to us regularly. There was a time that they did not come. They said that they were there, but they were not. They gave us a date, but nobody came.
