Excellent service and work. Tracy showed up on time, had the crew get started immediately. They left no mess, did not even know they were there after completion. It is nice to have an honest and trustworthy company work on my house. Will definitely use in the future and refer to my neighbors.

We have used Tracy A/C & Heating for over 10 years and have always been completely satisfied with his excellent work. Tracy A/C & Heating is independently owned so he really cares about his clients and takes really good care of them. Tracy came himself to fix our air. He even squeezed us in his busy schedule to get us the same day air condition repair. And it was Memorial Day weekend. What I appreciate most is that Tracy is honest, trustworthy, and a hard worker who always does his best. I consider him not only a hired professional repairman, but a friend. I have recommended him to numerous friends of mine who were also very happy with his service. We live in Friendswood, but Tracy services all Houston and near by cities.

They came in promptly and executed the replacement quickly, professionally and effectively in approximately 40 minutes!

We are needed our whole HVAC system replaced, including the AC unit, duct work, air exchange, etc. We got estimates from several businesses and Tracy AC and Heating was very fair. I am so glad we chose them and they did a wonderful job! They were professional, arrived on time, were careful when moving the equipment around the house, and completed the work in a timely manner (it was about 6 hours). Not only that, but we had a lot of questions going into it and Kellie was always so helpful in answering them! She and Tracy are both knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. It made me feel a lot more comfortable. I would definitely recommend Tracy AC and use them again!

This company is just the BEST!!! They had to repair work that was previously done by 2 other companies that were hired by my Management Co., Empire Industries, Everything that was done within the last year by these other people was unprofessional and it was obvious the men did not know what they were doing, because the AC unit has not worked correctly for many months. Tracy AC had to repair and/or replace everything that was done. I cannot say enough great things about Tracy AC, truly professionals in the business. Kellie stays in touch with customers throughout the time the work progresses to make sure all is well. Everyone of the men that came into my home to work were so friendly and conscientious of the work they were doing, kept me informed throughout the entire process. So great to know that there are still companies around like Tracy AC & Heating. Tracy & Kellie James are 2 of the nicest people you will ever meet.

Great Service, Price, Timeliness, Technician... I needed to replace my entire AC system. I was given a good price and they worked with me on my scheduling needs. Tracy was very helpful in providing truthful advising. He is also very knowledgeable. He and his crew were very polite and I could tell that they were trustworthy. Of most importance to me is the fact that he demonstrated high integrity. When an unforeseen problem arose at the end of installation, (by no fault of theirs) Tracy went out of his way to help resolve the issue until everything was perfect. I recommend Tracy AC wholeheartedly!

First of all, these guys are responsive. While other providers didn't respond to my calls or Angie's list messages, Tracy responded within a few minutes on the app ON A SUNDAY. They showed up on time, we're friendly, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They figured out in two minutes what two others couldn't figure out in half an hour. Moreover, they suggested fixes that required little or no money, whereas others ranged from not knowing what was wrong, to making things up that ended up with estimated between $500 and $2,000. Now the ac is cooling perfectly, and we didn't have to spend a dime. They were so professional, that they ended up not charging anything, because they felt it was such a simple issue. This, even after we kept them longer by asking a ton of questions. I can't recommend them enough!

Very well. Responsiveness by email and phone was almost immediate. They came out on a Sunday morning to view the house and current setup. Any delays in scheduling were due to my research and generating other offers. I asked for multiple revisions of estimates and they provided without hesitation. Ultimately I got a great deal from a fellow veteran along with a fast installation on a system we're very happy with. In fact our energy bills have been going down every week at the hottest time of the year.

Apparently something was freezing up and possibly needed frion. We had to wait for it thaw and they were able to come back the next day. They did their thing and the a/c is now running better than ever....even better than right after the new units were first installed,

The whole experience was great. Kellie is the best, she gave me several quotes and answered all my questions. The crew showed up early and got right to work. They finished on time and cleaned up any mess they made. I'm very pleased with on how much more quiet my new unit is. My old duct work must not have been hooked up, I've never felt air coming out of my kitchen vent before now it's so cold. As you can see I can't say enough about this company. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Great , came on a Saturday to get it installed , it was very hot. Install went fine both AC and water heater.

He ordered the part and charged us less than the average company in Houston. The work was excellent and in the HVAC business usually the techs just don't seem to have the experience to really diagnose the real issue. Ours was a tricky leaky valve and cost $1800 in parts/labor but again it was the second issue and we were looking at thousands of dollars in a compressor and motor that would not even have fixed the issue. It looks like a lot of people in Houston have had similar issues in that they go through 1-3 people before the problem is correctly diagnosed. Call Tracy first - he's a veteran business owner with good ethics that knows what he's doing and his team is exceptional - from the customer service on the phone to the guys who come out to work in attics when the AC is off.

I was very impressed the they were able to come out and check out my problem on a Friday night. I felt like the team really cared about my comfort. Houston heat is brutal, and I was so happy that Tracy and Kellie made my issue a priority and got it fixed quickly. They were very professional and reliable. I hope I never have air conditioning problems again, but if I do I will call Tracy AC and Heating immediately!

I highly recommend A/C Heating Service by Tracy. They were a lifesaver for me. The first technician that Choice Home Warranty did a visual inspection only of my A/C and essentially said my motor and compressor were shot and I needed a new Unit to the tune of over $5,000. Luckily, I checked Angie's list and found so many positive reviews for Tracy. I contacted them and they came out the same day and took the unit apart to check it. They indicated after a careful inspect that the compressor was fine, and all I needed was a motor and blade. Their quote was 1/5 of the first tech's quote and I had Tracy do the work the next week. Tracy himself was great as was Kellie. Very good hearted and kind people!

Tracy James, the owner, added 2+ pounds of freon to get the system cooling again temporarily. Then he submitted a detailed quote for replacing the evaporator. I accepted the quote and Tracy and his crew installed a new 5-ton evaporator and air handler in my attic on 06/10/2016. They did an excellent job and the new equipment is performing great. They were very honest with me, assuring me that the rest of my A/C system was in good shape and did not need to be replaced. I believe the price I paid was very fair and competitive. I certainly recommend them to anyone who needs A/C work.

Our a/c went out last week and the first repairman said it would take a new system. I searched Yelp and other places to find a second opinion. We decided on A/C and Heating by Tracy since it had very many highly positive reviews. Tracy came out and checked out the system and agreed it would be cheaper to replace than repair, because of the systems age. I got 3 quotes from different companies. The quote and customer service from Tracy was definitely far above the others. Kellie answered all our questions, gave us exact model numbers of the equipment they would install and had many discount options to offer. We did some further research and felt the quote from Tracy was the best and most honest. We decided to replace both of our systems, because of their age and the work was scheduled. The team came out exactly as scheduled and both systems were removed and replaced in less than 8 hours. They were very professional, very clean and very courteous. The new units are working well and we are now set for a long time. Thanks Kellie and Tracy, you are a great local small business that is really looking out for your customers. I recommend A/C and Heating by Tracy to anyone that has a/c or heating problems!

It's never a happy time when your AC goes on the fritz, especially in Texas, but I have To say that Tracy's AC made it enjoyable. Richard, the technician, was very genuine and Compassionate about my dilemma and Kelli was So very patient with me as well. Their prices Are reasonable and the installation was seamless. Love that COOL air!

The entire transaction was superior - from the initial call for repairs to the completion of the job. Kellie, from the company, was so helpful and professional.. She and Tracey came by the house to look at what needed to be done and then got the job done as soon as the compressor came in. They were on time and finished the job in less time than I was told it would take. I had another estimate for the same work and this company beat that price by a lot. I appreciate everything they did for me. I will definitely use them again if my 2nd A/C goes out.

If you are reading this then I'm sure you know how it feels to come home after working all day to find your house is an Oven. I got online and Google gave me a list. I still cant believe how lucky I was by picking Tracy AC... I was ready to load up the dogs and find a hotel room for a night or 2. Long story short, they were at my house the same evening, after hours at that and had cool air flowing through the house within 10 minutes of their arrival.The price was more than fair, I felt like I was getting away with something considering the position I was in. I would've paid twice that for the blessing it was to not have to get a hotel. I hope to never have that type of emergency again but if I ever need anything done with AC service they are locked into my phone now. I will refer any and everyone to them!! Thanks again!!
