We chose Tom because we have family that highly recommended him and after John Moore came out twice and didn't fix the problem we had to try someone else. I wasn't sure they would come to our place since we are in the heart of Houston and he is based in SugarLand. He and his son showed up on time and and found the problem fast and finished it all in under 30 minutes. Our unit has worked fine ever since.

OUR AIR WENT OUT ON A SUNDAY. WE CALLED ONE COMPANY AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. WE CALLED TOM'S HEAT & AIR AND THEY WERE HERE WITHIN 45 MINUTES. THE TECHNICIAN WAS COURTEOUS AND FIXED THE PROBLEM WITHIN A FEW HOURS.
