They were excellent. I found them on Angie's List. I liked the flexibility, and they had the paint and I liked the quality. They did what we wanted. I have recommended them to someone else already.

This is the 4th house I have had Tito paint over the last 12 years and I will not use anyone else. His crews are professional and do great quality work. They pay attention to every detail, especially on the trim; every line is clean. The crew that painted my house was very friendly and the foreman was very knowledgeable about covering up the multi colored bold striped walls that were being painted with a pale lavender. The end result is beautiful! The closets were freshly painted white and all trim was beautifully done. Tito's work is impeccable.

In 2005 I used Tito to paint the exterior of my house along with some interior work. 9 years later I called Tito and just like before he was very prompt and came out to meet with me to review my requirements. Tito provided a quote to paint the exterior of my house along with replacing any rotton wood that needed to be replace. His price was very compeititve so I went ahead and schedule him on the spot because of the excellent work that he did almost 9 years ago. His staff was excellent and very timely. they finished the Job totally within 3 days. Tito was on site each day and then at the end of the job we did a final walk through. Overall, like 9 years ago I am comppletely satisfied with his work.

He came in with 2 helpers. It turned out nice. They also texturized. I asked him to paint something else on the ceiling and he had one of his helpers do it. He did a good job. He was very reasonable in price. He aims to please.

Our house consists of aluminum siding, brick, wood, and is very large. Tito Perez cleaned all three so completely thorough, that the entire house looks as if it is brand new. They cleaned on the bottom where mud splashes up from the ground during rainstorms and every spot that they could get to. The driveway and sidewalks were also cleaned to an appearance of newness. His workforce was clean, well mannered, and worked almost non-stop until the job was finished, which took less than a day. We plan on hiring them to do some painting in the near future.
