I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with Texas Irrigation Design! From the moment I reached out, the process was incredibly smooth and professional. They responded right away, provided a detailed CAD design of the irrigation layout with the quote, and clearly explained every step of the project.
The crew arrived exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and took great care with my lawn -you could barely tell an installation had even happened when they finished.
The quality of the work, the communication, and the professionalism from start to finish was top-notch. A special thanks to Brian and the whole team for making the entire process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Texas Irrigation Design to anyone needing a high-quality irrigation system!

Texas Irrigation Design was impressive. I was nervous as this was my first sprinkler system, but all my questions were answered by Megan (customer service). Shortly thereafter, Brian (the technician) came out and explained the whole process. I was a also hesitant because their quote was slightly higher than others, but the fact that they are licensed, insured and even let me look at the design ahead of time to make sure I was okay with it, set me at ease. They did it in one day, and even though the digging was done by hand, you couldn't even tell they had been there! I made the right choice. Well done!

From the very first inquiry I was on the phone with someone with 5 seconds of hitting the submit button. Wow !!! They came out the very next day and I actually had them install then the day after. I was able to make such a quick decision due to the fact that with the quote they provided a CAD design showing all of the zones/stations, all of the heads, etc. This is my 3rd sprinkler system and I have NEVER had a contractor provide this to me. Wow Wow!! Also, they explained how they use special pressure heads to prevent waste, as well as some sort of head that also prevents "low head drainage" or something. I had no idea!!!!! And the best part of it all, that I received a cool wi/fi controller with phone app.........I had no idea this was a thing......So, yes, use this company. Very professional, very prompt and punctual and you could barely even tell the did the installation. The crew was very caring when cutting the grass. I was so worried about my lawn. They were great!!!!!! THANK YOU Brian and Casey ......and Megan in customer service, I think.....anyway you guys Rock!!!!

Crew worked very well and were very courteous. They arrived at 7am and worked for 12 hours to complete the job. When job was completed could hardly tell they were here. The sales person (Casey) explained the process very well and kept me informed on when the project would be done, with delays do to many rainy days out of their control.

The crew got to my home at 7am as promised and was done by 12:30pm. My yard hardly looks like anyone was here! I highly recommend Casey and his crew. This is my 2nd time working with Texas Irrigation and they never disappoint!

After 2 quotes for irrigation I had the pleasure of talking to Casey for 30 minutes on the phone and by the end of the phone call I had more knowledge of the system and what to expect than I had with two sales people I spoke to face to face for about 15 minutes each. Out of the three companies Casey was the professional I chose and glad I did. Casey even sent me a professional drawing of the irrigation layout and even advised me of adding a zone for a future landscaping project. Casey takes the time to explain how it works and what to expect and I greatly appreciated it. I am completely happy with his company and the install and will use them for other projects. Even after the install he called to see if I had any concerns or questions. In this day and age this customer service is almost non existent and I am extremely happy with the outcome. If you use Casey you will not be disappointed!

Not only did they install a sprinkler system they also did some landscaping on 2 large areas of my property. Casey who drew up the plans and Jose and his team who installed everything were a great team. They addressed any questions or concerns I had immediately. Casey also made suggestion on ideas I had for my yard which where very helpful and effective. This is a top notch company and looking at them doing some more work for me. I know this may sound like they are over the top type of company. Well, that is because they are. Texas Irrigation Design, YOU ROCK!

Wow, Wow, Wow!!!Texas Irrigation Design and Lighting is just awesome. I have 4 properties across central Texas and have worked with numerous companies on landscape projects. TID&L IS BY FAR THE BEST!!! My project includes sprinkler system, lighting, landscape, and even a putting green. Casey and his team is very professional. He returns your calls and is always early in each appointment. Project like this requires a lot of follow up and Casey is very responsive. He takes his time to educate me on what is the best option for my yard. I am so happy with his service and end result. Whatever you can dream of for your yard, TID&L can make your dream come true. The is a very professional well oiled machine. They are very busy but they are experts at what they do. Could say enough positive things about the installation. If you are thinking about retiring the sprinkler and the hose you absolutely must talk to these pro's and let them make you a proposal.

From the initial contact to the final product the guys at Texas Irrigation Design were complete pros! As an engineer, it was great to receive the professional irrigation CAD design they provided after submitting my property survey online. I was very impressed with the hydraulic calculations for each zone which assured me that all of my zones would work correctly and efficiently. They do everything by the book, are licensed (Which shows they know what they are doing), and are insured. They also have fantastic customer service! I could not recommend them more, if you choose these guys you know you'll have a great system installed! You may pay a little extra but it is definitely worth it!!

Texas Irrigation is a great company with exceptional service. They installed an entire 12 zone irrigation system for me along with the rachio controller and a landscape lighting system in early Feb. 2018 . Sebastian was always on time for initial appointment as well as all of the follow up visits. Price was competitive and their quote was done immediately and very professionally. Install was done exactly as scheduled and done in one day. Sebastian did a final follow up after install, reviewed the system and trained me on the Bluetooth/internet rachio controller. After Sebastian's review he sent out one of his Technicians for a final tweeking of the system. Just a great experience and totally satisfied. Use these Guys and you'll be happy.

This is the only company I called because of the high ratings. During and after the Sprinkler install Sabastian was very thorough in explaining the entire system, and making sure everything was correct after the install. He sent out a second team that corrected any problems to our satisfaction.

Originally I had a problem with my Sprinkler install. Casey showed great care in following up and making it right. The finished product was excellent. After a few months working with the system and testing the "work" the system is great. No issues.
