Their Service Manager, Anthony came to our house, walked me through every step of the process, and the potential repair options (the right, legal way - or in the case of my landlord just hiring an unlicensed journeyman, the wrong way.) In this case, the work was to fix what was previously done outside of legal code.

The techs from TemperaturePro wrapped our pipes with black insulation and blew in fiberglass insulation in our attic. We had not updated this since the 1990s so we had a broken pipe during the artic freeze in 2021. The Techs did a good job.

Very professional service. Eric the owner picked up the phone and was excellent. He said he would have someone within the hour to check out my units. CJ showed up a little past 5pm. He was on his way home but knew I was in need of cool air. He let us barrow a portable a/c unit until our main central air conditioning units were repaired and installed. CJ was amazing. Most polite and professional service technician I even met. I would highly recommend TemperaturePro for a/c repairs. You guys rock. Thank you so much.
