Called John and he went through some things to check over the phone to eliminate something easy. When nothing worked, they were at the house the next business day (they offered to come out on the weekend which I declined). They came out and fixed the problem without delay. I have used John for several years now. When other providers were telling me that I needed a new system, John was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost.
