Tom is thorough. The buyers get what they pay for with Tom. He doesn't get the buyer upset, but calmly explains each deficiency as he finds it. I will continue to recommend Tom.

The whole inspection process went smoothly from start to finish, beginning with the very friendly administrative staff who scheduled the inspection, the easy online payment system and ultimately a very thorough and detailed inspection report sent via email, with pictures and easy to understand commentary. In our case, the home we're purchasing had a non-functional heating system. The owners reported fixing it subsequently but we weren't sure. The very same inspector made time the next day to go back to the property to verify that it was fixed--and it was. We've had properties in other states and I can say Sweet Home Inspection is the best we've seen so far!
