They did a good job about suggesting the cheapest way to do that and all of that. I chose them because they were close and they were responsive. They did a great job. They got it fairly quickly.

On both occasions the technicians took the time to understand my issues and then provided possible solutions I could try myself.  They did not charge me a consultation fee and their solutions fixed my problem both times.  When I do have a computer problem where I need to pay a technician to fix the problem, I know where I am going.

Went very well. The problem was identified (had not inserted to CPU correctly) and the service charge was more than reasonable. I'm fairly computer savvy and can diagnose most of my issues. Sugarland PC is the "go to" folks when I have a problem that is beyond my knowledge. Highly recommended.

Fine. Just took awhile. Guess that was necessary though.  

Would I hire this company for a future job?  No because I have a Mac now and they don?t do Macs. I use the Apple Care people or the Apple Store for everything.

They did very good work!  I've used them several times and their work definitely held up.  I stay with them over their competition because they've earned my trust!

They're a good company!  We’ll definitely use them again.  It was well worth it.  They do good work and are clearly very knowledgeable.

The price was reasonable, but unfortunately the printer was beyond repair.  We’d use them again, though.  They helped me realize that sometimes it's actually cheaper to just get a new printer!!

I have used them a number of times for our church work and have been satisfied with their work.

The technician showed up at the appointed time.  He listened while I explained my problem, then went to work fixing it.  When asked for information relating to the units he was working on,  he answered them in terms I could understand.  Was very helpful with suggestions on best ways to use my units.  He was very respectful and courteous.



The price was high but in line with other technicians I've had elsewhere.  I would recommend them highly.  Barbara Nichols 

After making the appointment I wondered if this would be like other repairs services like Comcast, Windstream, etc. But he arrived a few minutes early and (compared to the Geek Squad) sat down and asked me to tell me about the problems I was having from beginning until his arrival. As I explained the issues I noticed that he was taking notes at various times.
When I was through, he looked at his notes and asked me specific questions related to what I told him. He explained that he did this so he could get a better idea of what happening, when it started and where we were at this point today. He asked me to do exactly what I had done previously to create the problem and watched over my shoulder while I did. Once I was through, and he saw what I described we switched chairs and I became the one looking over his shoulder. I said that if this bothered him I could go into another room, but he said no, and that it would help me in the future when describing computer problems. He also told me to feel free to ask any questions as he went along.
In under 2 hours not only had he fixed my problem, but pointed out several potential issues that I should keep an eye on, while recommending an online backup service should something drastically happen to my PC. He added several blog sites to my favorites bar, and printing out a document he wrote regarding what to do after a virus strikes your computer.  All in all, he was professional, quick to find the problem(s) causing my stress, and never talked down to me. I liked the way he used analogies to explain what was going one and I felt like I had a better grip on what was going on.
Considering what I was quoted by the Geek Squad and the way he adjusted to my computer knowledge and "speed", I would highly recommend them again. My only regret was losing his business card as the work ticket (s) which amounted to 4 pages only contained his initials.

Technicians provided on site service on 02/21/13, 03/20/13, and in the Sugar Land PC store on 04/30/13. On 02/21/13 the first tech removed unwanted software on 1 computer and installed malware protection software on 2 computers. He ran malware scans on 2 computers. He suspected that there was a hardware issue with 1 computer, but did not know how to diagnose the problem.
The second tech found error reports that confirmed that a hard drive was malfunctioning on 1 computer and resolved a wifi problem on a second computer.
The third service was performed at Sugar Land PC's store to resolve a Windows error message concerning the authenticity of the Windows 7 operating system. The computer was returned in 3 business days. They reported that the problem was caused by a virus. They removed the virus. I have not had any more problems with this computer.

Too many steps to describe.  He knew what to do, was able to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions.

Everything worked out great. The guy who came out was very professional and thorough. He even fixed a few things that I didn't even know about.

They are very good and reasonably priced.  I will definitely use this company again in the future.
