They are great! They are very reasonably priced and the quality is excellent. I used to go elsewhere and the price was twice as much. They are wonderful with my dogs and very caring, they also do free toenail clippings. I would highly recommend them to others.

They are great, regardless of which doctor you select.  I can't remember the exact cost, but after calling other vets to see what they would charge to clean my 7 year old dog's teeth under sedation, their prices were cheaper.  I have been using them for years for my dog's annual checkups and shots, but this was the first time that I had them clean his teeth.

We got 3 cats and a dog. He's honest and he'll call you. He'll call back. After on this deal, we had some x-rays and stuff and then the service called back. Then 2 to 3 days, checked up on the dog. I mean, it's kind of special to have follow-up so he's really good about that.

They are friendly and very conveniently located for me. They take good care of my dog and they love animals. There is always someone there for an emergency. I wouldn't see if they are the cheapest but would go with them because I like them.

I brought my two dogs in yesterday for grooming and spoke to the groomer about how I wanted them cut. He said he understood. When I picked the dogs up, they were not cut the way I described, and the way the groomer said he would groom them.
When I called back today to ask him why, he proceeded to tell me that he cut them the way I said. Then he said that the way I told him to cut them was impossible to do. He can't have it both ways; he understood, and then decided to groom them the way he wanted to do because the way he agreed to was too hard, or he did not understand how I wanted them cut, and proceeded to guess, rather than ask more questions.
He interrupted several times while I was trying to explain the problem, and he was generally rude. He was clearly not interested in preventing this from happening again. Accordingly, it will not happen again; I won't be bringing them to Sugar Land Pet Hospital for any reason.

First, I was impressed with the office staff there who were knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Bradley was very friendly with Jasper and exhibited excellent bed side manner. Jasper responded well to her voice and her actions. She answered my questions about his health as she examined him. I was very impressed with the examination as she was specific and checked him over thoroughly asking questions about his health. I felt the price was right for the care I received. I paid a lot more for vet services in Florida and found the lower cost refreshing. I would recommend this clinic to my friends.

Had a bad infection in her abdomen. Kept her overnight. Called with details and took blood work.

We were in the middle of moving and needed to board up the dogs while the movers were there. Kimberly and Danielle were excellent. They gave me a tour. They answered any questions we had. They were kind and very caring with our dogs. They really reassured me that our dogs would be taken care of.

Our experience with Sugarland Pet Hospital has been excellent. Their prices are reasonable, I used to take my dogs to another veterinarian in Sugarland and they used to charge twice as much. The staff is friendly, I like the fact that they do free nail trimming and I can get an appointment easily and they get us in and out fairly quickly.

Their pricing is reasonable. My dogs love going there. They are friendly to them and the dogs don't even mind even going to see the vet.

I recently switched to this veterinary facility for my dogs. Their costs are significantly less than at my previous facility, but the care is excellent! From the doctors to the vet techs to the office staff--everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can tell they love what they do.

I recently moved to the area and I had evidence that one of my cats had a urinary infection. I left her with the Sugar Land Pet Hospital in the morning, and because they couldn't get a sample from her, she stayed overnight. They treated her illness very well, but the staff was careless with her records. The bill said she was a canine, they misspelled her name, even though I wrote it on the information sheet. They called my old vet for her history, and got her breed and color description mixed up with one of my other cats. When I picked her up, I had them correct the information. They were apologetic, but I was very concerned with the lack of care that was given to the record keeping. The doctor told me he wouldn't charge me for overnight boarding, but it was on the bill. It was a minimal charge, so I didn't pursue it, especially as the Dr. was not there when I picked her up. I may give them another chance, but I will discuss it with them before I leave another of my cats with them.

The staff and the doctors are very friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile to handle my pets needs. I also appreciate the fact the vets are conservative in their diagnosis and don't order expensive tests at the drop of a hat. They also go out of their way to ensure that I understand the different costs that may be involved in any prescribed treatments.

My dog is a small cocker and weighs about eleven pounds. I take her to get her shots when she is due. We also had her spade at the Sugarland Pet Hospital. The staff are very nice and the doctor is very personable as though he knows me, but I am sure its because of Emily, my dog's, records. I have used this hospital for years.

THE VETERINARIAN WAS SWEET. OUR DOG WAS EXTREMLY ILL AND HE TOOK THE TIME OUT TO HELP US AND GIVE US SPECIAL INFORMATION.
