SUGARLAND MAID SVC

We complained and got no results from that. Not even an offer to come back and do work to our satisfaction. I was told that I was "picky". I filed a complaint with the BBB of Sugar Land, and still got no results. The owner replied to the complaint that I was lying, basically. This company has several aliases, and has a history of complaints with the BBB. Stay clear of them ... there are too many other reputable companies that you can hire to clean your home.

They moved items to dust but didn't clean any surfaces. The window sills are still dirty, though dust free. They did not mop the two downstairs bathrooms, only spritzed them and wiped with a cloth, apparently. She pointed out more dirt on inspection and that is when they spritzed again. They mopped in the kitchen but didn't move the dog cage over (without the tiny dog in it) to mop underneath until Mother moved it. They didn't clean around the eyes on the stove. They did NOT clean the oven. She paid them, of course. I will be calling their office in the morning but since she didn't do that on Tuesday when they were there, I don't know what can be done about a refund. She DOES NOT want them to come back, even to re-clean. It took me a year to convince her to use Angie's List to find a reliable cleaning service since she has never had a good experience with outside help. I think I'm back to square one.

Good service, very nice staff (some with limited English), never have had anything taken from my home. I trust them with the key to my house. I've had different services over the years and this is the best. I live in west Houston - so there territory extends beyond Sugarland in spite of their company name.
