Mr. Wisneski found the seller cut corners by installing an inadequate AC unit, using sub par contractors, and discovered completed work on the house was missing city permits as well as more than one item that was not up to code, thus catching the seller in several lies.
He saved us from purchasing a home that looked very lovely, but was ultimately smoke and mirrors job from dubious house flipper.
We can't sing his praises enough.
