Ryan is amazing! Great communication and very accommodating. He is honest and has high integrity! He helped solve a very minor problem to get my bathroom whirlpool tub up and running. He could have been dishonest and charged me an arm and a leg for repairs that I did not need. I am so happy to have met Ryan and will definitely be using his services!! Thank you for helping me once again enjoy my spa tub!!

My hot tub had not been used in over a year. When I tried to start it up neither the jets nor the heater were working. I called Spa Officials based on their excellent reviews online. Ryan came out the same day and said two pumps required replacement. He ordered the pumps and in two days was back with the replacements. After installation, Ryan noticed some of the pvc joints were leaking. He fixed the leaks after considerable effort. Upon completion of the repairs, Ryan conducted a thorough cleaning and disinfection of the spa and cover. The hot tub looks and operates like new. Ryan was great!
