Ryan, the technician, was prompt, professional, efficient and pleasant to work with.

Ryan was my technician and he was fabulous. He assessed the issue and remedied it. The part I needed was on back order and he was able to replace the absent part with a new USA made version and I was up and running by that evening. Ryan was so competent and kept me informed as to what he was doing at all times. Not only would I recommend Spa Officials but I intend to use them for any and all my spa needs!

Ryan did an outstanding job! I rarely leave feedback like this but felt compelled to comment following their exceptional service. I hired them to complete a sauna installation after another company botched the install and ruined the glass door in the process. Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable and not only completed the install but also corrected the prior installerâ s mistakes. Then to top it off, he followed up a couple of days later to make sure everything was working properly. I am old school and did not realize this level of service and customer care still existed these days. I wish I could give 10 stars. I am writing this review from my sauna with a big smile on my face! Thanks again Ryan!
