For the in-home repairs he also bought whatever he wanted. He made aesthetic decisions against my mom?s wishes and wouldn?t consider what she wanted. If he didn?t have the necessary tools for the work, he would go into her garage and she witnessed him putting the tools in his truck. He broke items in the home and made excuses, but did not fix the damage. He also had to remove the custom cabinetry in the kitchen to do some wall work. He left large nails in the cabinets and didn?t put things back together correctly.
He was really rude and we feel that he took her money. He charged about $4000 for the in-home work and $5000 for the roof. I constantly had to step in on my mother's behalf to correct his actions. He did not put in materials that our inspector suggested and we don?t feel that the materials he did use we were worth the money that he charged. He pocketed a lot. We will not use him again in the future.
