countertops
+ -1 moreDon't expect Consentino to back their product even though they have a limited warranty. They blame something that it does not cover for the problem.
Description of Work: Company provided a Silestone countertop that cracked within the first year. The countertop has a 10 year limitedwarranty which they so far have refused to honor. First by saying it was bad installation. Now they claim thermal shock from the countertop being over the dishwasher. In the four years we have been trying get the company to resolve the problem multiple people have reviewed the situation and said it should not have cracked. One guy even found an additional crack that we had not seen on the other side of the kitchen. We have been shuffled between the company and various installers for four years. This countertop was installed by the builder and was in the house when we bought it.
